What’s new in this version?
The intermediate store in ibaHD-Server is an efficient way to store HD data optimally for high-performance read operations, especially for large HD data stores (> 500GB). If the configured disk space for the intermediate store is set too small, the buffer mechanism may fail and buffer overflows may cause data loss. With the new version ibaHD-Server v2.2.3 connected HD Clients receive a message if the disk space is not sufficient. The buffered data is transferred to the main HD memory before data loss occurs.
The color gradient scheme of the timelines for validating data in backups or data files has been changed to improve readability.
Corrected the license count for inactive bit decoded signals.
The file handling for segment files which went sporadically wrong got fixed together with the improvement of the intermediate store buffer handling.
Creating backups for empty stores or for a time range which contains no events is not resulting in errors.
Mounting an HD store with the same name as an already existing store is possible. The mount store name is getting a temporary '_1' suffix.
Mounting multiple backups with the same store name resulted in one backup being mounted and the others are attached instead of being refused as in previous versions.
