Notes
A new version of the asset report is available in this release. Updating the report is strongly recommended.
New Features
- Signal analysis:
- Multiple signals from a DAT file can now be opened and overlaid in a single analysis window.
- Markers, axes, and zoom levels can now be synchronized across charts.
- The digital filter modes “Antialiasing” and “Off” are now available for ibaMS16xAI xxx modules connected to ibaDAQ.
- Web certificate configuration and management:
- A certificate configuration page has been added to the installer.
- The certificate’s expiration date is now monitored in the system diagnostics.
- Logbook entries can now be shared via a link by clicking the Share button in the details view.
Important Improvements
- The "Components" tab has been added to the sensor asset configuration that shows the monitored components.
- The date range selection has been expanded with the options “All data” and “Last 2 years.” The options “Today” and “Last 3 months” have been removed.
- “None” is now supported as a value for the sensor orientation.
- Component group asset configuration: Dropping a component onto a foreign input or output coupling now sets the previous or next component group if no group has been assigned yet.
- The License container field on the About page now also displays the ticket number of the WIBU container.
- The status of all system tasks is now permanently saved in the appsettings.json file after being manually changed by a user.
- The license information has been added to the system_info.txt file included in the support file and to the About dialog.
- Component coupling asset configuration: The minimum number of coupling elements has been changed to one.
- Information about ibaPDA based CMU license usage has been added to the About page and the EUP Info file.
- The MQTT broker settings have been revised and extended with the new options “Enable TLS” and “Unsecure Port.”
- When saving a component group after its couplings have been changed, the user is now prompted to recalculate the ratios.
- The CMU configuration is now set to Pending when a damage pattern is changed.
- More descriptive information about the cause of sensor failures has been added to the corresponding log messages.
- A validation error is now displayed in the plant tree when parameters are invalid.
Bugfixes
- Fixed an error that occurred when moving filtered trends from one axis to another.
- Fixed errors that occurred for filtered trends when changing the aggregation method after enabling “Merge measurements.”
- Fixed an issue where moving a sensor from one channel to another resulted in an invalid export file.
- Fixed an issue where moving a sensor or TCP/IP channel with a measurement condition to another CMU resulted in invalid measurement conditions.
- Fixed several issues related to status calculation and the detection of outdated data.
- Fixed an issue where measurement condition parameters from deleted snapshots were included in exported files.
- Fixed an error that occurred when changing a frequency band trend with two markers.
- Fixed an issue where the CMU information table on the Diagnostics > Info page was not updated correctly.
- Fixed an issue where drag and drop for trends in the trend analysis did not work in Microsoft Edge version 150 or later and Google Chrome version 150 or later.
- Fixed an issue where the default H1 cursor position was not set correctly for certain component types.
- Fixed an issue where frequency bands used an incorrect RPS value when the corresponding tile was not selected.
- Fixed an issue where the CM Device page was continuously refreshed when an inactive data source existed.
- Fixed an error that occurred when editing and confirming threshold changes.
