Important bugfixes
Modbus TCP Server interface: Incorrect data could be measured when TCP/IP packets were received very fast.
Disconnects could occur when using multiple OPC UA client connections at the same time.
The dat-file name temporarily contained previous values of text signals, when the values should be taken at the stop trigger/file close.
