To ensure trouble-free measurement operation, the status of the “C-States” in the BIOS of the measurement PC must be set to “Disabled”.
For ibaRackline and ibaDeskline systems delivered by iba AG from Q2/2023, this is already set by default in the BIOS.
To avoid unstable behavior, implausible measured values and FOB I/O cards that are no longer recognized, please check the status of the “C-States” in the BIOS and set it to “Disabled” if necessary.
Bios Settings:
→ Advanced Menu
→ CPU Configuration
→ CPU - Power Management Control
→ C states ->Set to “Disabled”
Be sure to perform a cold start after the change.
