As you may already know, there is currently a critical vulnerability in the Java library Log4j. According to the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) in Germany, this vulnerability leads to a critical threat situation for applications based on it.
Our PCs ibaRackline and ibaDeskline have the Adaptec maxView Storage Manager installed, which is affected by this vulnerability. Since there is no patch available until today from Adaptec to fix this problem, we strongly recommend to uninstall this software.

All other iba software and hardware products are not affected by this vulnerability in Log4j, as this library is not used.
