New features
- This new firmware version supports the new module ibaM-4AI-UI.
ibaM-4AI-UI is a new input module for the ibaMAQS modular system. It has four analog input channels for measurement of voltages up to 60 V DC or currents up to 20 mA DC.
Different input modes can be set per channel and with three connection pins per channel, you can connect either voltage or current without confusion. - For ibaM-DAQ both ibaNet interfaces X8 and X9 are released. Both interfaces can now be used for ibaNet-E High Performance (HP) communication as well as standard Ethernet network card in Windows (X8 and X9 are switched). For the second one, it can be configured in the Windows network settings.
- With this firmware version, two watchdogs were added for ibaM-DAQ. One for the Windows system and one for the installed modules. In case of any error, the system or the IO bus will reboot automatically. By default, both watchdogs are disabled.
The maximum number of added ibaM-FO-2IO modules has been increased for ibaM-DAQ from 1 to 2 and for the ibaM-COM from 2 to 4.
Note: All these new features require ibaPDA v8.13.0 (or higher).
Since ibaPDA version 8.13.0 the ibaMAQS firmware v01.04.001 is required at least. However, we recommend to update to firmware v01.06.00x (or higher).
