New features and improvements
The IEC 61850 client interface now supports storing data with an external timestamp as non-equidistant data in .dat files.
InSpectra and computation modules now support units assigned to a placeholder.
Important bugfixes
Several bugs in the video protection have been fixed.
Infinity and very small values cannot be handled by some databases. DB/Cloud data store handle them now as NULL resp. zero.
Bit encoder signals didn't allow different source signal timebases in all cases.
