What’s new in this version?
Improvements
- Since ibaCapture v5.5.0, video format changes are supported. In this release, ibaCapture Server now also properly reacts to format changes that are caused externally, e.g. by changing video stream settings in a camera’s web interface.
- When configuring AXIS devices, ibaCapture allowed setting a rotation of the video stream. Newer AXIS devices only allow setting the rotation in their web interface.
In the camera configuration, ibaCapture now checks whether the camera supports the rotation setting and enables it accordingly.
Bugfixes
- After video format changes, using Image Triggers via ibaPDA could result in unusable image files. (The image content is green throughout the image area.)
ibaCapture Server v5.5.3 contains a fix for this issue. A separate fix for the ibaCapture Player component is also required, which is supposed to be released in ibaPDA v8.12.2.
