New features and improvements
An ibaPDA server plugin can now be licensed to a specific dongle.
A retentive SetReset function is now available.
The OPC UA server now supports a configurable minimum publishing interval as well as configurable default values for writeable tags.
Important bugfixes
When using multiple Flex devices connection timeouts or other unexpected errors could occur.
(Bug introduced in v7.3.0)
The OPC UA server sent responses sometimes out of order when a large number of tags was monitored.
When adding tags to an OPC UA client sometimes the signal tabs weren't updated properly any more.
Loading an ibaPDA user management from file didn't work anymore.
Some bugs in ibaQPanel have been fixed.
