Important bugfixes

Logix-Xplorer and EtherNet/IP Produced Tags:
Data could not be read from PLCs running firmware version 38.
ibaPQU-S, ibaPADU-S-CM, ibaPADU-S-IT, ibaBM-PN, ibaBM-DP and ibaDAQ-S:
Incorrect output data was written when the same configuration was applied multiple times.
ibaHD timebased stores:
New values of text signals were not stored during the post-trigger time.
DB/Cloud data store:
Primary keys were deactivated when checking table.
The index on the time column was missing on newly created tables.
For Oracle databases, new tables contained an unnecessary not-nullable constraint on the I_ID column.
