Improvements
- ibaVision v3.2.0 now runs as a Windows Service, starting automatically after system start. There is no user login required any more (as for previous versions). This ensures continuous data processing after restart, maintenance, or power interruption, without any manual action.
ibaVision v3.2.0 provides full runtime flexibility across Python and HALCON plugins, allowing each individual ibaVision program to select its own runtime version (Python v3.7–v3.13 or a HALCON runtime). This per program configuration enables parallel use of different environments and supports mixed version setups. This allows simplified upgrades of the vision applications, protects existing applications, and ensures seamless integration of advanced analytics within the iba system.
