What’s new in this version?
Please note that ODBC connections to SQL databases are no longer supported and configurations need to be adapted.
New features
With this version WIBU Codemeter is supported for licensing. WIBU licenses can be stored either on a WIBU USB dongle or as a “soft license”. The existing MARX dongles are still supported.
The components for DB connection, query, and extract have been completely re-worked. This makes the connection to different database types easier in many cases.
A new Cross-reference tab has been introduced. It gives an overview of all referenced expressions and can help cleaning up or finding errors in analyses.
The logical expressions dialog offers grouping now. Especially in combination with the computed columns it offers the possibility for more structured analyses.
When reading or writing text-files, timestamps according to the ISO 8601 norm are supported.
The computation module known from ibaPDA has been integrated into ibaAnalyzer as an additional view.
Important bugfixes and improvements
Several issues have been fixed and which have not been released in an in-between bugfix version. Since any selection from this list would be incomplete we simply refer to the version history document which you can easily access via Help→Version History in ibaAnalyzer.
