What’s new in this version?
Improvements
- The time-stamp precision when creating parquet files can be chosen to be millisecond or microsecond precision (available for extract and export).
- The data extractor now supports extracting to .csv files using the correct file extension. Previously, the files created always had the .txt file extension.
Important bugfixes
- The x-axis option “Synchronize files on recording time” now correctly sorts appended files in the file tree. The original order is restored when the option is deactivated.
- Parquet files created via the export dialog could not be loaded in ibaAnalyzer.
- The IF and SWITCH functions are improved to work properly for text signals. Previously, the results could have missing entries.
- All relevant metadata are written to parquet files now (applies to extract and export).
- Fixed several crashes which could happen for very specific actions done in the right order.

- Resolved the “Privilege Escalation Vulnerability in the iba Install Agent”. For more information see IBA-2026-03.
