What’s new in this version?
The major New Feature in ibaCapture v5.3.0 is the capability of re-encoding video during export. This allows reducing file size while exporting to video files. In addition, overlay images and the video timestamp can be included in the video while exporting.
For using ibaCapture v5.3.x you need an ibaCapture license with a valid EUP date of 2024 01 24 or later.
Improvements
For Pleora eBUS camera sources, image timestamps are now derived directly from connected cameras. This improves jitter of recorded video.
If a configured camera is not available during startup of ibaCapture server, the access to stored video for replay has been improved.
Bugfixes
Opening the video export dialog caused a hang of ibaCapture Manager in rare cases. This has been fixed.
Support for the AXIS control devices (joystick, jog-dial and keypad) has been updated to resolve a few issues.
