What’s new in this version?

Important notes:

With ibaCMC v3.5.0 the parallel operation mode with ibaCMC v1 is no longer supported.

In order to upgrade to 3.5.0 the following prerequisites must be fulfilled:

ibaCMC v3.4.2 or higher is installed
All plants are migrated

After the upgrade the asset report must be updated with the latest version (delivered with ibaCMC). Older versions are not compatible.

New Features

Added support for ibaM-DAQ and ibaM-4AI-IEPE modules
Debounce time configuration available for digital inputs of ibaPDA-based devices.
Group trends by unit in trend analysis.
Move aggregates to other aggregate groups within the same plant.
Direct link to the iba Help Center is now available in the help menu.

Improvements

UI/UX Enhancements

Unit short form is now included in the search criteria of unit dropdowns.
Added icons for components and sensors in the component library.
X and Y axis values are now shown when hovering over cursor markers in the Analysis View.

CMU & Configuration

Snapshot ID is now shown in the CMU configuration.
Show supported CM-Devices for CMU modules in the asset library.

Trend Analysis & Asset Configuration

Filter changes in level adjustment no longer reset threshold values.
All aggregates of a trend’s aggregate group are now shown in the kinematic grid.
Only relevant parameters can be selected for sensors in asset configuration.

System & Security

System diagnostics (CM-Devices, Traces, Syslog, Diagnostic) reorganized and redesigned.
System tasks are now split into separate tabs in the task scheduler.
Base URL now comes from appsettings.json and has been removed from the database.
SecretKey in JwtIssuerOptions is now stored as SHA256 hash of ServerSettings.AppId.
Refresh login dialog appears 15 mins before JWT expiration.
New plant setting added: “Number of files in error folder”.

Bugfixes

Fixed a bug where trend unit type differed from the TCP/IP channel after channel creation.
Fixed incorrect values for sensor parameters “Check Min” and “Check Max”.
Fixed an issue where the unit type dropdown was enabled for TCP/IP channels.
Fixed a bug that prevented inserting an image into the logbook. Fixed column filter reset issue in Trace logs after confirming the filter.
Fixed incorrect speed value shown for unselected analysis tiles.
Fixed issue where PDF reports could not be downloaded immediately after creation.
Fixed error when saving an SVG image in the SVG editor.
