What’s new in this version?

Sigmatek-Xplorer modules are no longer supported.
ibaInSpectra Universal and Fan modules are no longer available for new projects.

Main new features

The new ibaM-EIP-S-1G module is supported. EtherNet/IP traffic at 1 Gbit/s can now be acquired.
The new ibaM-8DI-24V module with 8 digital 24 V inputs is supported.
Full compatibility with TIA Portal V21 ensures compatibility with the latest Siemens engineering projects.
All S7 related modules now support authentication with username and password, so ibaPDA can also acquire data from S7-1500 controllers that require secured access.
ibaPDA can now connect to MQTT 5 brokers. MQTT 5 adds session and topic expiry intervals as well as topic aliases, which reduce the amount of transferred data, and a configurable receive maximum that limits the number of not yet acknowledged messages.
The IEC 61850 client now supports buffered reports and the filtering of GOOSE and Sampled Values data based on the simulation flag. In addition, the timestamp of a report or GOOSE can be used to record non-equidistant signal data, so the recorded values keep the original device time.
For the ibaHD timebased store it can now be configured how start triggers that occur while a recording is still running are handled, giving more control over how overlapping recordings are stored.
Reference curves for Auto-Adapting modules can now be imported from txt/CSV files created by ibaAnalyzer or Excel, so existing curves can be reused instead of being recorded again.
