Process Monitoring & In-Depth Analysis

The automated real-time monitoring of processes, machines, and plants is based on the acquired measurement data, calculated characteristic values and camera images. In addition to simple monitoring of signals for any transgression of the limit values in ibaPDA, more complex characteristic values can also be calculated in ibaPDA with the ibaInSpectra and ibaInCycle add-ons, thus enabling process deviations and anomalies to be detected in real time.
