This allows deviations between different production runs to be compared directly and root causes of quality or efficiency losses to be analyzed precisely. The resulting data provides a reliable basis for continuous process optimization.
Product-specific KPIs enable detailed evaluation of quality, energy consumption, and process stability. With ibaPDA and ibaAnalyzer, measurement data can be recorded event- or product-triggered and evaluated automatically. KPIs such as energy consumption, cycle times, or quality parameters can be linked directly to individual products. This enables data-driven production approvals and early detection of quality deviations.
