With ibaAnalyzer, this data can be searched, correlated, and analyzed interactively in detail. This makes complex relationships and hidden process deviations visible.
Different departments often require access to the same process data but for different analytical purposes. With ibaPDA and ibaHD-Server, the iba system creates a shared and consistent data foundation for production, quality assurance, maintenance, and engineering. All users access the same raw data and timestamps, enabling fact-based discussions across departments. This improves collaboration and reduces isolated data silos.
Pre-aggregated data is often insufficient to fully understand complex process issues. With ibaPDA, raw data is recorded and stored continuously at high temporal resolution. In ibaAnalyzer, users can drill down directly from KPIs or trends to the underlying raw data. This enables root cause analysis without information loss and allows even short-term events to be examined precisely.
Edge analytics enables process data to be processed directly where it is generated. The iba system uses edge devices such as ibaDAQ or ibaM-DAQ together with ibaPDA, ibaInCycle, and ibaInSpectra. KPIs, limit violations, and anomalies are calculated and monitored in real time without transferring all raw data to higher-level systems. This allows processes to be evaluated faster and deviations to be detected immediately.
Different user groups require customized views of process data and KPIs. With ibaDaVIS, web-based dashboards can be created to visualize KPIs, trends, and analyses interactively. Flexible filtering and drill-down functions allow users to access raw data directly from aggregated KPIs. This provides production, quality assurance, and management teams with exactly the information needed for data-driven decisions.
