This allows quality parameters to be assigned clearly to specific products, batches, or production periods at any time. The result is complete traceability and reliable quality verification.
Reliable quality evaluation requires KPIs to be derived directly from high-resolution process data. With ibaAnalyzer, application-specific KPIs can be calculated and analyzed flexibly based on raw data. Time- or length-related quality data can be correlated with production parameters. This enables precise evaluation of product quality and process stability.
Audits and certifications require quality data to remain available and fully traceable over long periods. The iba system provides a central platform for long-term storage of high-resolution measurement data with ibaHD-Server. Using ibaDatCoordinator and the reporting functions of ibaAnalyzer, automated quality reports can be generated. This ensures consistent and reproducible quality documentation.
Quality issues are often caused by complex interactions between process parameters and machine conditions. With ibaPDA, all relevant process signals are acquired synchronously and analyzed together. In ibaAnalyzer, quality data can be correlated directly with temperatures, speeds, vibrations, or control values. This enables precise identification of root causes and supports targeted optimization measures.
Aggregated KPIs alone are often insufficient to fully understand complex quality issues. With ibaDaVIS and ibaAnalyzer, users can access the underlying raw data directly from dashboards or KPI views.
