The iba Condition Monitoring System combines vibration-based characteristic values with process and material data to reliably detect wear on plants. It consists of perfectly coordinated standard components, the central Condition Monitoring Center ibaCMC and modular condition monitoring devices on site.

Reducing Downtimes, Increasing Plant Availability
For reaching a maximum productivity, industrial plants need a high level of availability. Downtimes – especially unplanned ones – need to be prevented.
Vibration and process signals are recorded continuously and synchronously. If the configured measurement conditions are met, so-called snapshots are recorded. Snapshots are synchronized measurements with a fixed duration used as a basis for calculating damage indicators, which are then provided to the ibaCMC along with the raw data. The damage indicators are checked against limit values and visualized as a long-term trend. The raw data is available for indepth analysis.
