With the training program for certified vibration analysts, maintenance engineers can reliably detect and evaluate changes in machine conditions – and thus optimize the process and the availability of their machines. Therefore, iba AG offers the training for condition monitoring and diagnostics of machines according to DIN ISO 18436-2 from Q4 2022. At the modern iba training centre in Fürth, maintenance and process engineers as well as technicians can complete categories I and II of the globally recognized certification courses and take the corresponding exam. In category I, participants gain a comprehensive basic understanding of vibrations in machines, their origin, detection and analysis. Building on this, category II provides a more in-depth understanding.
Since all iba training courses take place in small groups and in a familiar atmosphere, participants can receive individual mentoring. The iba training centre is easy to reach thanks to its excellent access to the A73 highway and its close proximity to Fürth's main train station, and the city centre is also within walking distance. 98% of all participants rate the overall impression of iba training courses as good to very good.
