ibaCMC is a web-based desktop application that provides a clear, hierarchical visualization of plant condition while also enabling configuration of the modular system. Built-in tools for trend analysis, threshold configuration, and the analysis of time-domain signals and spectra help users efficiently perform in-depth diagnostics.
When combined with ibaM-DAQ, the result is a seamless end-to-end solution - from precise data acquisition to web-based analysis. The ibaM-4AI-IEPE module serves as a compact input device for the accurate measurement of mechanical vibrations. It features four galvanically isolated analog inputs, which can be used as IEPE, AC, or DC inputs. The module records vibration and process signals with 24-bit resolution. Using the ibaPDA software integrated in ibaM-DAQ, users can define process conditions, pre-process signals, and calculate key performance indicators (KPIs).
The acquired data is consolidated and analyzed in ibaCMC, where automatically generated reports provide an efficient overview of the overall plant condition.
