After the welcome session hosted by iba's People & Organization Manager Julia, Kseniia — who once attended the Practical Training Days at iba herself — shared insights into her career path, her current role, and the history of iba. This was followed by an overview of career entry opportunities at iba, all taking place in iba's Innovation Hub.
Afterwards, everyone headed up to the restaurant and rooftop terrace on the third floor for pizza, drinks, and networking. The Practical Training Days are among the largest career events in Bavaria. Students gain valuable insights into everyday professional life, while for companies it is a great opportunity to connect with young talents and present themselves as an employer.
