ibaAnalyzer-InSpectra offers the functionality of ibaInSpectra for vibration monitoring offline in ibaAnalyzer. The configuration of the online system can thus be carried out offline based on acquired data and calculations can be validated and adjusted subsequently. In addition, ibaAnalyzer allows a detailed analysis of the recorded data for process and machine diagnosis.

ibaInSpectra is an add-on in ibaPDA and offers various options of online monitoring of vibrations and shaft motions.
ibaAnalyzer is a powerful analysis tool to analyze recorded data and to diagnose the causes of problems in processes. ibaAnalyzer-InSpectra now bridges the gap between ibaPDA and ibaAnalyzer and an integrated tool chain from online monitoring to detailed offline analysis is offered. The two most important modules in this context are the Expert module for the frequency band analysis of vibrations and the Orbit module for the analysis of shaft motions. With ibaAnalyzer-InSpectra, not only raw signals and calculated characteristic values can be opened in ibaAnalyzer, but also the calculation profiles. Thus it is also possible to carry out the calculations of ibaInSpectra offline. Characteristic values that have triggered an alarm can be validated and the problem can be analyzed offline. The extensive features of ibaAnalyzer-InSpectra offer a useful option here: Changing the analysis rules gives you a better view of the information relevant to the problem being considered.

With ibaAnalyzer-InSpectra, recorded vibration and process data can be analyzed in depth offline. The software bridges online monitoring from ibaInSpectra with the powerful analysis capabilities of ibaAnalyzer, enabling engineers to perform and refine FFT, order, and orbit analyses after recording. This helps identify the root causes of anomalies, vibrations, and quality issues with high precision.
ibaAnalyzer-InSpectra allows users to validate alarms and warnings using recorded raw data and stored calculation profiles. Engineers can adjust analysis parameters, modify frequency bands, or perform additional evaluations to distinguish false alarms from actual mechanical or process-related issues.
The integrated Orbit module within ibaAnalyzer-InSpectra visualizes shaft motion, eccentricity, and orbit behavior of rotating equipment such as turbines, motors, and gearboxes. Speed-dependent resampling, orbit visualization, and playback functions enable detailed analysis of imbalance, bearing wear, and alignment problems.
With ibaAnalyzer-InSpectra, vibration analysis can be directly correlated with process, machine, and quality data. This enables engineers to identify relationships between mechanical vibrations and operational events, such as the impact of vibrations on product quality, machine stability, or production parameters.
ibaAnalyzer-InSpectra supports long-term trend evaluation of frequency patterns and characteristic values across multiple measurements. This enables early detection of wear, optimized maintenance scheduling, and reduced unplanned downtime. Reusable analysis profiles and detailed offline diagnostics help establish efficient condition-based maintenance strategies.
